all products are made to order
production begins after purchase
fulfillment timelines reflect this production process

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

suspected fraud
excessive returns
repeated chargebacks
violation of these Terms

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping costs, and fees.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All EZGOIN products are made to order.

Production typically requires 2–7 business days before shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

EZGOIN is not responsible for delays caused by production, shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. EZGOIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after transfer to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns are governed by our Return Policy, available on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements or that indicate abusive behavior.
