Refund policy

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at admin@ezgoinbrands.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, EZGOIN will provide a prepaid return label.

Return Conditions and Enforcement

EZGOIN reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Contact admin@ezgoinbrands.com with your order details and supporting evidence.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Abuse Protection

EZGOIN reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive or abusive return behavior.
