Shipping policy
All EZGOIN products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed.
Production Time
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment. This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand.
Estimated Delivery
- Domestic (U.S.): 7 – 12 business days total (production + shipping)
- International: 12 – 22 business days total (production + shipping)
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, EZGOIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders may only be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. EZGOIN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
